In the event of typographical or system errors, Cate Jewelry reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders

3. Orders & Payment

C. Custom Orders

Custom jewelry orders require:

• A non-refundable deposit (amount varies by project)

• Approval of design sketches or CAD renderings

• Final payment before delivery

Custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.

4. Shipping & Delivery

For online or special orders:

• Shipping times vary based on destination and product availability.

• Cate Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• Signature confirmation may be required for high-value deliveries.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

A. Standard Returns/Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is provided separately (I can prepare one as well).

Generally:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Time windows vary based on product type.

• Custom and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

B. Repairs & Services

• Sizing

• Fixes and restorations (fees may apply)

Damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear is not covered under warranty.
